Mentorship & Masterclasses
Look out for our Masterclasses with senior artists, aimed at developing your skills and enhancing your creative journey.
The mentorship program is 3 months to a year’s module is designed to conceptually build an inner voice and recognise one’s inherent style. In person and online sessions. Reach out to share your clay journey. Watch out for Open Call for applications.

Workshops
One-time Pottery Workshop (Adults)
No experience needed | 3 hours | Weekend
Age group: 15 yrs abv
Batch capacity: 5-10
What will you experience?

What is clay and what are its sources?
-
Wedging or preparation of clay.

One hand modelling technique.
-
Create a pot on the Potter’s Wheel.
Fee: Rs. 2950/- per person (Includes all material and firing)
Fired pieces (bisquiting of 2 pieces in total ). All to be picked up at a later date. Any extra firing will be chargeable.

No experience needed | 2 hours

Age group: 6- 14 years
What will they learn?

Private Workshops
Customize a Group Workshop
Come celebrate a special event: in togetherness, with the natural elements of Earth, each of us connected and yet grounded within ourselves! A birthday party, a corporate team building session, a baby shower, a bachelorette, or just an intimate group activity!
Group capacity- minimum 5 to 30. Allow us to customise these for you!

Studio Services
We take on customised orders for functional ware designing and production, home decor and firing of individual pieces, whole, half and quarter kiln firings. To discuss your project with us and our current studio charges, please don't hesitate to reach out at studiokarvaclass@gmail.com or call us.
Membership
We understand the need for space and a creative atmosphere, for budding and established potters to build their practice. We provide just this! Make and break, meet like-minded folk and at your own pace!

Internship or Apprenticeship
If you're looking to experience what it takes to run a studio and stretch your skills, reach out! We have a limited intern programme and are looking for someone with a genuine willingness to learn and contribute. We prefer those with keen observation, a fresh perspective and a willingness to take on a challenge.
Studio Karva welcomes potters at all stages of their career to apply for a 3 months or longer apprenticeship. We prefer those who would like to trade work for time in our studio.
